Can you ship country-wide?
Yes, we can ship country-wide and can also ship to New Zealand, even door-to-door. Please discuss with us which shipping terms suit you best. We are very flexible.
Is it possible to have my own designs made or modify existing ones?
We are more than happy to work with you on your designs or to modify existing ones to suit your needs.
Am I able to have samples made before I place a full order?
Yes. For custom made items and designs this can be best. However, sample prices are double the cost of normal items and if you require it to be shipped to you for inspection, this will have additional fees that are out of our control.
How do I get prices for your products?
We quote on a project-by-project basis as prices are influenced by quantities and materials and finishes that you need. Please let us know your needs and we will get back to you with a quote.
Can I return and exchange products?
We cannot exchange or accept returned goods due to change of mind once deposit has been paid and manufacture has begun or been completed.
Can you ship to my local port?
We can ship to most major ports. Just let us know your local port and we can give you a timeframe and estimated price.
What payment methods do you accept?
Please discuss with us payment methods directly. We usually only accept direct transfers.
What are the payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit prior to manufacturing your items and a 50% balance payment prior to shipping.
I would like to design a product with you. Are we able to enter into an NDA?
If your design is significantly unique, we are happy to sign an NDA.
If I place a sample and then place an order, will I receive the sample fee back?
A sample is usually double price. If the order includes the sample, the extra sample fee will be taken out of the order (however, shipping fees for the sample will not be refunded). In other words, you will be refunded the sample fee.
What is the warranty offered on your products?
For most items we offer a 2 year warranty for workmanship and materials. However, every item is different so please check the warranty for each product.
What do I do if an item is faulty?
If an item is faulty or damaged, please remove it from use immediately and take pictures or video of the problem and send to us asap.
Do you provide installation services?
Yes, we can arrange installation if you require.
